Our approach

We created a new narrative — Here for Them, and Here for You — pairing emotional stories with clear proof points. The campaign ran across print, Meta, YouTube, socials and email, showing how easy, affordable training empowers people to protect children.

The full story

Understandably, due to the sensitive nature of the subject, the way the NSPCC spoke about its online child protection training was a little factual.

But many of our audiences – teachers, and leaders of sports associations and kids’ groups – felt overwhelmed by their safeguarding responsibilities.

And many were unaware that the NSPCC is here to help.

While the goal was to grow sales of training, the brand needed to feel more empathetic.

Under a new narrative of ‘Here for Them, and Here for You’, with stories aligned to the theme, we reassured people that the low-cost accessible learning equips people to protect children in their care.

We promoted the message through national print media, Meta’s platforms and YouTube, other socials and via email.

The campaign increased awareness and smashed targets.

And the best bit? We did it for the kids.

"This was a rare opportunity to blend clear commercial goals with deep empathy — reminding everyone that safeguarding isn’t just a duty, it’s a shared human promise."
