Our approach

Through stakeholder interviews and collaborative workshops, we shaped a new message architecture rooted in trust, partnership, and experience. The result was a confident, reassuring narrative that focused on navigating change — not forcing transformation.

The full story

Technology is changing industries at a phenomenal rate.

How to explain this in a sales context?

Many tech companies have alighted on the topic of ‘digital transformation’.

Pushing that right now is the time to radically shake up ways of working.

The problem is that transformation sounds scary.

And with everyone banging the same drum, the tune’s lost.

We wrestled with these issues as we partnered with Zebra Technologies to refine its messaging for the $648 billion postal and courier market.

Chatting to the smart Zebrans, and other stakeholders, it became clear that, amid all the transformation uncertainty, people wanted sage advice. A partner to put a hand on the shoulder and help them safely navigate the change.

We went on to lead Zebra’s story on the human traits of trust and partnership, explaining how its experience ensures the opportunities of technology are seized, while risks are mitigated.

Outcomes included a new message house and sales narrative.

"The postal and courier market is rapidly changing. We turned to SxS to help tell our story and show why Zebra is the vendor to rely on. The messaging is inspiring, reassuring, and confident — and the marketing assets, especially the deck, are a work of art!"
